Offset Printing

For most of the 20th century offset printing was the dominant form of reproduction for almost all printed matter and it is still an important process in the industry.  At Midtown Printing we utilize a number of different size and configurations of offset presses. The sheet size is what differentiates a small duplicator from a larger offset press.   We use smaller 12” x 18” two color machines to print one and two color business cards, stationery, brochures, posters and invitations. The larger four color press is used for printing larger format one, two and four color products.  Our Komori Spica is a 20” x 29” four color perfecting offset which can print four colors on one side of a sheet or two colors on both sides of the sheet in one pass through the machine.
